LETTERS TO SANTA
Our Santa Mailbox is at the Amenity Center. The deadline to drop off letters to receive a response is Friday December 15th. Be sure to include your child's name and return address. Santa's helpers will deliver return letters to your porch by December 21st.

HOLIDAY DECORATION CONTEST
An outside judge from Essex will be driving ALL streets in the neighborhood, Thursday December 14th starting at 7:30 pm looking for what they think are the 3 best (exterior) decorated houses. Gift card prizes are up for grabs. Make sure your lights are on, inflatables are up and whatever extra magic you may have is ready to go! Winners will be announced on the neighborhood Facebook page and a future e-blast. 1st place- $100 gift card. 2nd place- $50 gift card. 3rd place- $25 gift card.
