Spring is here, and it's time for some spring cleaning! We are excited to announce that Creeks of Legacy is organizing a community garage sale on May 20th, from 8am-12pm. It's a great opportunity for you to declutter your home and make some extra cash.

If you are interested in participating, all you need to do is sign up by May 14th using the link provided below. Please note that participation is free of charge, and all residents are welcome to join.

On the day of the garage sale, we will be placing signs at the entrance of the neighborhood to guide potential buyers to your home as well as market the event in local community pages. We encourage you to set up your garage sale in your driveway or garage, but please be respectful of your neighbors and do not block the street.

We recommend that you start gathering items to sell as soon as possible. Some popular items that typically sell well at garage sales include clothing, books, toys, and furniture. You can also consider teaming up with your neighbors to make the sale more attractive to buyers.

The Creeks of Legacy Homeowners Association, Inc. is pleased to announce that a Virtual Election Meeting of the Members has been tentatively scheduled for Thursday, April 20th, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect two (2) Class A Member to the Board of Directors. Please take a moment to review the notice, draft agenda, proxy, and ballot on the Association’s website at www.creeksoflegacyhoa.com. The Candidacy Statements can also be reviewed online under the “Annual Meeting Materials” tab.

If you do not vote online; it is important that your Ballot or Proxy is returned to your Association Manager prior to the Deadline Date of Wednesday, April 19, 2023, by 5:00p.m. in order for it to be counted. The election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important you complete and return the proxy, in the event that you are not able to attend the meeting.

Join the City of Celina at the 2nd Annual North Collin County Neighborhood Conference

Are you an HOA Board Member or a leader in your neighborhood? The City of McKinney, Town of Prosper, City of Anna and City of Celina have partnered with Cadence Bank to present the 2nd Annual North Collin County Neighborhood Conference on Saturday, April 1st at The Sanctuary McKinney, 6633 Virginia Pkwy, Suite 102, McKinney, TX 75071.

Purpose of the Event

Participants will learn how to better serve their neighborhoods through informative sessions and panel discussions on a range of neighborhood issues including how to run an effective meeting, and legal issues facing today's HOAs.

Hear from our panel of Mayors and HOA leaders about current trends and learn what other communities are doing to build successful neighborhoods. Registration is free, and refreshments and lunch will be provided.

The Grinch was recently caught in the act but agreed to "time served" by helping the Elves with letters this year AND SANTA is coming with to make sure he does it!!

Santa & Grinch Delivery is scheduled to Creeks of Legacy addresses Wednesday, December 21st evening - Since Santa is PERSONALLY delivering, we'll be starting at 7:30pm.

Santa and our crew will be escorting The Grinch around to make sure he behaves himself and doesn't mix up Santa's letters, so look for us sometime Wednesday night.

Don't worry, if you can't be home, we'll make sure The Grinch doesn't steal your letter and be sure he leaves it at your door! I can't promise your decorations all stay, but Santa will definitely remind him of his recent heart rehab.

If you didn't send a letter in to the North Pole, look for Santa and The Grinch riding around the neighborhood Wednesday night and wave hello!!
