Celina Creeks of Legacy Landscape Updates

Celina Creeks of Legacy HOA is currently working on improvements for the flower beds and irrigation in the community. We are striving to give the neighborhood the curbside appeal that the residents would like to see. Here are a few items that we have been working on to make this happen:

• The landscape company, at no additional cost to the community is raising the flower beds on the main thoroughfares in the community to prevent flooding onto the sidewalks and root rot for the flowers to be installed.
• Once the beds have been raised, the seasonal color (flowers) will be planted into the beds.
• After the flowers are planted, black mulch will be applied to the beds, giving the flower beds a nice contrast in color.
• At the main entrance where the road repair has taken place, we are waiting on sod to be delivered to complete the job. Due to Covid-19, deliveries of sod have been delayed.
• Currently, a mainline irrigation break is being addressed on Doe Branch. The repair work will start on 4/21/2020 and should be completed by the end of the week.
