    We have identified a leak at the Amenity Center and will need to shut off the water until further notice.   • Winter 2019/2020 Watering Guidelines

  • Irrigation Repair

    Please be advised that the irrigation leak in front of the Amenity Center on Doe Branch has been brought to our attention. With the new seasonal color installed, irrigation will run over the weekend so new flowers are not lost. The landscape company will be on site Monday to start on repairs. We ask that no resident tamper with the irrigation system as it may complicate the scheduled repair. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience this may pose.   • Fall Pool Schedule

    We hope everyone had a great Summer, and enjoyed the pool season as much as we have. With the season coming to an end, and school starting back up, the pool hours will be moving to weekend hours. Starting September after Labor Day, the pool will be available during weekend hours only. Let’s make the most of what is left and enjoy the poolside. We hope to see all of you next Summer!

  • Pool Opening

    Summer is almost here and the Celina Creeks of Legacy pool is about to open. The official opening date is May 4th and it will be open on weekends only till Memorial Day weekend. The pool will open full time for the summer on May 24th. Please refrain from accessing the pool before that time due to it not being chemically ready to open yet.

  • Resurfacing Sports Courts

    Please be advised that the Sports Court is currently being resurfaced and should not be accessed for use until further notice of completion of the project. Due to vandalism, this is the third attempt to complete this project. Any further work needed due to vandalism or damages will be at the Association’s cost. The worksite will be actively monitored and any person(s) identified as entering the worksite before completion will be subject to restitution of damages and/or loss of amenity center privileges for 2019. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience this may pose. We would like to see all enjoying this amenity as soon as possible.
