Essex Association Management will be closed Monday, July 3rd and Tuesday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. All web submissions, e-mails, and phone calls will be returned in the order they are received beginning Wednesday, July 5th. In the case of an emergency, please dial 911. Please call (888) 740-2233 should a matter arise, that would require immediate attention or action. Please be advised, all calls deemed to be a non-emergency will be returned beginning July 5th in the order received. Thank you and Essex wishes everyone a safe and happy 4th of July.

We regret to inform you that the swimming pool in the west phase of Celina Creeks of Legacy is temporarily closed, due to the emergency phone not working properly. As of this time, we expect a technician to be on site Saturday, August 27. As soon as the emergency phone is repaired, the pool will be reopened. Click Full Story for more information/

Earlier today, the City of Celina received the following information in a memorandum from our water services provider, Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD). Due to the damage of a transmission pipeline that serves municipalities in their portfolio, the pipeline will have to be shut off for repairs next Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (July 19 - 21). The (Covid-19) virus has affected us all in some way however, Essex Association Management would like to announce that it remains open for business and prepared to continue to provide services as usual. For the safety of our Essex staff, in-office visits to our offices have been suspended however, our main line is still operational as is all other services Essex provides.
To help slow the spread of the virus, all meetings and gatherings have been cancelled and all amenity centers have been closed through April 30, 2020, or until further notice. Essex will send out e-mail blasts to its residents as new information on rescheduling meetings or reopening amenities is made available. If you have not registered on your Association’s website, please do so today to ensure you will receive updates when they are sent. All web-based services remain fully operational and available for use and are worked in the order they are received. Essex Association Management and its staff remain committed to providing services to the communities and developments it manages. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
