Due to an irrigation controller that was malfunctioning some landscape areas around the entry and along the parkway have suffered some drying out or damage. Irrigation repairs were made and as a proactive measure, Essex is now requiring the landscape company to perform multiple inspections on the irrigation systems the remainder of July and any problems noted will be promptly addressed. Any loss of landscape in the affected areas is currently being reviewed for the proper maintenance or replacement as needed.
