  1. Election Meeting of the Members

    Event Starts: April 20, 2023

    The Creeks of Legacy Homeowners Association, Inc. is pleased to announce that a Virtual Election Meeting of the Members has been tentatively scheduled for Thursday, April 20th, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect two (2) Class A Member to the Board of Directors. Please take a moment to review the notice, draft agenda, proxy, and ballot on the Association’s website at www.creeksoflegacyhoa.com. The Candidacy Statements can also be reviewed online under the “Annual Meeting Materials” tab.

    Please be sure if mailing in your Ballot or Proxy you allow plenty of time for it to reach us.

    If you do not vote online; it is important that your Ballot or Proxy is returned to your Association Manager prior to the Deadline Date of Wednesday, April 19, 2023, by 5:00p.m. in order for it to be counted. The election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important you complete and return the proxy, in the event that you are not able to attend the meeting.

    Congratulations on purchasing a home in the Creeks of Legacy community. We are excited you have joined this wonderful new community! The U.S. Postal Service is now requiring builders and developers to purchase and install kiosks holding a cluster of individual mail boxes. The Postal Service is making the cluster boxes the standard required mode of mail pickup and delivery for new residential developments, even in large lot subdivisions were houses can be acres apart.
