      Ruthie's Famous Grilled Cheese Truck - 6pm - 8pm
      Music starts at *7pm | Movie starts at *8:05pm

    Movie: "Spies in Disguise" Glo-sticks and other Glo-Fun for the kiddos, "Spy" glasses while they last!

      • We'll be practicing safe distancing with MARKED SPOTS on the Grassy Knoll by the AC
      • Lawn Seating is first come, first taken basis.
      • Please respect distances and maintain 6' perimeters between your family and your neighboring camp-in viewers on the lawn.
      • Picnic and low blankets to the front, beach tents and small popups will be designated to the back

    We encourage you to bring a lawn/picnic blanket, sleeping bags, comfy lawn pillows, etc to make your spot cozy! Please be mindful of others behind you if you bring lawn chairs and if you do beach tents, please STAY TO THE BACK and again, mindful of those behind you!

    Blake will have a small presentation and a Q&A session. The UTRWD is who partners with Celina to offer FREE irrigation systems checks and will come access your yard for best practices (and help save on water billing!). Quite important if you are unfamiliar with watering in Texas, irrigation systems and/or are a new homeowner taking over from where the builders tend to leave the systems running.

  6. Restriping Project of Clear Creek Parkway

    Event Starts: December 04, 2019

    Elite Striping (contractor) will be restriping the road to add bike lanes and some on street parking from Legacy road to Doe Branch Blvd. The contactor plans on starting work on 12/4/2019 if weather permits and the project is expected to take a maximum of two weeks to complete with a completion date estimated of 12/18/2019. The road should not be closed down for this project however, there may be flaggers present to help direct traffic if necessary. Please be courteous to road workers during this time.

  7. 2019 Annual Meeting of the Members

    We are pleased to announce that the Annual Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 6:30pm. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss normal business of the Association and to present information on current Association affairs.

    Enclosed in this packet you will find the draft agenda and a proxy. Even if you plan on attending, it is important that you return your proxy as unforeseen circumstances may occur, preventing you from being able to attend. The Annual Meeting of the Members cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met, either in person or by proxy. If a meeting must be recalled for a later date, the Association incurs additional costs for securing a venue, printing, mailing of meeting notice, etc. You may assign your proxy to a Member of the Board or to a neighbor of your choice who will be in attendance.

      • The Hamburger Man - Pre-Registered Ticket Pickup. Onsite from 1pm -3pm - Hamburgers, Hot dogs,Grilled Chicken Sandwiches and Veggie Burgers, with side and drink.
      • Kona Ice will be on site from 3pm - 5pm to serve shaved ice.
      • Nacho Libre for Onsite Purchase 1-5pm - Nachos, Taco Salad, Hotdogs, Pretzels, Churros, etc

    If you've previously signed up for tickets for the Hamburger Man food truck and will still join us on June 8th, you don't need to do anything. We have you down and will keep you on the list. If you unable to attend the new date and have registered for food, please email SocialCOL@googlegroups.com so we take you off the list and open the reserved tickets up for other residents who would now like to sign up for food and missed the original cutoff date. We will NOT be increasing the total food tickets available as Hamburger Man has received our total reservations and the HOA had to pay for those in advance.*** (The original deadline to place your food RSVPs is May 1st.)
